What is your title or role at HBC?
Pastor
Give a brief description of what you are responsible for…
Together with the other elders, a “pastor” is responsible for two main things – the preaching of God’s Word and the shepherding of God’s people. There is a lot more that goes into the day-to-day, but those are the two main things.
What do you love most about what you do at HBC?
The people. God has called some very wonderful people here to this church.
What is your favorite Bible verse, and why?
Ephesians 2:1-5 – We were dead in our sin and objects of God’s wrath…with no hope or ability to help ourselves, BUT GOD stepped in and provided Jesus. Amen.
How long have you been attending HBC?
Since we launched in 2016.
What 3 things do you do for fun outside of HBC?
1) Any adventure with Melanie
2) Anything involving chainsaws
3) Any combination of golfing/working out/fishing
